Activity, exercise & sport are not just beneficial for our physical wellbeing. They can improve our mental capabilities, offer a vital and enjoyable release from the pressures of work, provide new sources of friendship & community and the opportunity to stretch ourselves and take on new challenges.
Fitness & strength work is important, but we also want our activity to be stimulating and enjoyable: running/walking/cycling outside; playing different sports with the joy of getting a bit competitive; being as active as possible in daily life; and using sport & activity as a way to connect with friends.
